Description

Up for sale is a beautiful antique cake plate set from Bavaria. Set includes a two handled cake plate measuring 12" in diameter and five matching dessert plates that are 6" across. The dishes are white with hand painted blue flowers with a raised relief - like Japanese Moriage. The cake plate and one dessert plate are marked Hutschenreuther Bavaria with the Lion LHS mark and the rest of the plates are signed Thomas Bavaria. All the plates match and are exactly the same except for the marks on the back. All six pieces are in excellent condition with minor wear to the gold stripe.
