Description

Up for sale is an antique portrait cabinet plate made in Bavaria by Fritz Thomas and painted by Tatler. The Thomas mark dates it to before 1929. Plagte measures 10" in diameter and features a hand painted portrait of an Empire style young woman wearing a pearl necklace and roses. There are raised brush strokes and the beads on the necklace are raised. The plate has an ornate gold filigree border. In excellent condition. Great Christmas gift idea.
