Description

Pair of Thomas Bavaria Hand Painted Margarita Colella Cherry Blooms Plates Pair of German porcelain plates. Decorated with hand painted pink cherry blossoms over a blue, pink, and yellow background. With gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse Thomas Sevres Bavaria. This mark was used between 1908 and 1939, after Rosenthal had purchased the company. Also signed on the reverse Margarita Colella. These have some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Each plate measures approximately 8 1/4 inches wide. These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the pieces. IT CX
