Set of 4 Thomas Bavaria Hand Painted Pink Wild Roses Bread Plates C. 1908 - 39 Set of 4 pretty porcelain bread plates. Nicely decorated with hand painted wild pink roses over a green, pink, yellow and blue background. With gold gilding along the edge. Signed on the reverse M.F. Marked on the reverse Thomas Bavaria. This mark was used between 1908 and 1939, after Rosenthal had purchased the company. Has some wear to the gilding along the edge, but no chips or cracks. Each plate measures approximately 6 inches wide. These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the pieces. GR
