Thomas Bavaria Hand Painted Signed Wendal Pink Roses Large Bowl C. 1908 - 1939 Large porcelain double handled bowl. Nicely decorated with large hand painted pink roses over a blue, green and pink background. With gold gilding to the handles and along the edge. Marked on the bottom Thomas Bavaria in green. This mark was used between 1908 and 1939, after Rosenthal had purchased a share in the company. Also signed by the artist Wendal on the bottom. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 10 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
