Absolutely gorgeous vintage hand painted porcelain Berry, Dessert or Salad Bowl with beautifully painted design of delicate looking pink and purple flowers and buds with green leaves. Gold gild decorated top rim. SIGNED on the bottom by the artist G. B. Shantz. The dish measures approximately 5 1/2" Across x 1 3/8" High. Stamped maker's mark on the bottom Thomas Bavaria. The bowl is in Very Good vintage condition - No chips or cracks. Some minor loss to gold gilt rim on some bowls. We have more than one available - if you buy more than one, shipping is reduced on the additional dishes. All have the same markings and signature on the bottom and the same design pattern and color, but since they are hand painted there are subtle differences.
